The conference registration rates are below. The rates listed below will increase by $25 after October 23.

Note: Conference Registration includes a one-year membership to NYSATE.

HOTEL INFORMATION​
*Hotel Reservations: Reservations at the Gideon Putnam Hotel can be made now by calling (866) 746-1077 toll-free. The Group Code is 9NJ0EQ. The conference rate for regular rooms is $169 for a standard room per night.

REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans may change, and emergencies may occur.
Below is the refund policy for the NYSATE/NYACTE conference:
Full Refund: Attendees may request a full refund for their registration fee up to 30 days before the conference.
Partial Refund: If a refund request is made between 29 and 16 days before the conference, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 23, 2024.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to griley@hunter.cuny.edu and will be processed after the conference.
